black tea flavoring is ideal for baking, imparting a rich and mellow matcha aroma to baked goods. It can compensate for the loss of tea aroma during processing, offering a more stable flavor and lower cost compared to directly adding plant-based blacktea powder.

Applications of baking:

Black tea flavoring is primarily used in baking products such as cookies, pastries, bread, fillings, and cake bases.

Recommended Dosage:

1. Oil-soluble matcha flavoring: 0.1%~0.2% of the total raw material weight.

2. Water-based/oil-based: 0.06%~0.2% is generally sufficient to meet flavor requirements.

3. Powdered matcha flavoring: 0.1%~0.2% of the total raw material weight.

The specific dosage can be adjusted according to the desired flavor concentration; there are no mandatory limits in national standards.

1. Baking: Tea cake rolls, cream puffs, cookies, mille-feuille cakes, mooncakes, mochi, etc. Maintains a rich aroma even after high-temperature baking, with a lingering fragrance.

What is the standard dosage for your essence?

              Yes, we encourage quality testing. We can provide Free Samples (usually powder 20g/ liquid 20ml) for your R&D. You only need to cover the courier/shipping cost.
